• My current role is project and facility assistant supervisor.
• Receiving of shipments inter-countries (ICT) and local shipments
according to the pre-alert, do space management for the
upcoming shipments based on standard operating procedure.
• Maintaining detailed trackers for safe keeping records
• Inventory Tracker up-to-date.
• Dispatching of the shipments to the company new stores sites
collect by the third party contractors chronologically.
• Dealing with Customer to delivery the products as per their
requirements.
• Follow up on the delivery of product and service to ensure
smooth operation.
• Forwarding feedback on flow of Operational process to
concerned project
• Facilitation of store and warehouse teams to avail event
equipment.
• Staff briefing about assigned daily tasks and targets.
