Leading a team of Resident Engineers, Section Engineers and Site Engineers of Civil and Architectural disciplines having around 5 Kms of Viaducts constructed with Arch Girders (first time in India), U Girders and Curved U Girders and 3 Stations (Elevated), 4 Stations of Underground, Top down construction with D-Walls, coordination between Designers-Clients and Contractors for resolving the design issues and site complications issues and public infringement, coordination for utilities works with concerned stakeholders, attending regular weekly meetings with client and interface stakeholders and resolving the stuck up issues, Reviewing the Method Statements submitted by the contractors in line with Technical specification and employers requirements, checking the issued drawings prior to distribution to the subordinate at sites and notifying the issues to designers/architects; if any, working on future planning of the contractors (3 months look ahead), getting the solution and approval from concerned authorities at the earliest to keep the construction activities moving, providing solutions with pro-active approach and suitable ideas in order to save cost, time and resources reasonably.

Job Profile:
Reporting to the Resident Engineer.
Verifying the Earthwork Testing and Inspections and its results of FDT, CBR and PLT. Witnessing the Concreting for Major Structures and Minor Structures including road construction and its related testing. Checking the Quality department and recording the quality issues to inform and get it rectified by them by recording in a quality tracker which was presented in weekly quality meetings, the tracker included the quality issues like observation raised, NNCs raised as well as closed for major issues and close outs of the comments for minor issues (updated weekly). Attending weekly Quality meetings, reviewing related previous and current corresponding documents using ACONEX, getting prepared Minutes of Meetings, sharing and escalating to the superiors and higher management.
Deputing the Inspectors and verifying the Daily Activity Reports, Reviewing the drawings and other construction related documents, recording of the causes of delays in progress, co-ordination with the client and contractor’s team, inspection as consultant engineer for the concerned sequence of the works on time, Checking all the records of the documents and dates of all the previous activities from time to time, studying the approved shop drawings and approved Method Statements of the concerned area before execution of the works.
Checking from time to time the quality tests such as soil compaction, moisture content, aggregation, graduation, concrete slumps, concrete compression, and concrete coring and NDT etc. and Participating well in development of Quality control, attended the meetings with Stakeholders (ROW) and reported back to the clients (Etihad Rail

Job Profile:
Monitoring of overall Quality assurance/Quality Control system of construction. Mid and Low Rise Commercial Buildings including excavation, foundation construction, supervision of all structural as well as architectural works. Responsible for complete supervision and execution of Commenrcial Buildings like Warehouse (90Mx25M), G+1 Admin Office Building (15Mx10M), Time Office, Security Office, First Aid Building etc. Roads construction works (Infrastructure Works), Implementation of Earthwork, Sub base, Bituminous Base Course, Wearing Course and all related testing and reviewing the results and records, Execution of layer wise compaction and construction of pipe racks, enabling works, Kerb stones installation, Pavement Works, Landscaping & Utilities works, Taking out the Quantities and responsible for monthly billing at site, responsibility of all construction material testing. Responsibility of implementation of QA System and method of statements, selection of all construction material and approval, installation & calibration of plant’s equipment as well as testing of construction materials and executed work for determining the properties as per specification requirement. Supervision of cement concrete mix with micro silica and establishment job mix formula (JMF) of Pavement material like Aggregate base course, bituminous mixtures like BM, & Wearing course, compilation and interpretation of test reports, documentation for internal Quality Audits ISO 9001 QMS.
Taking part in lab testing for soil, aggregate and subbase like C.B.R, plate load test, Procter analysis, Sieve analysis and inspecting field in situ density test etc.

Supervision of Civil and Architectural Construction works of Low, Mid and High Rise Commercial Buildings (like Mall, G+3 Storeys) including excavation, foundation construction, supervision of all structural members, recording of measurements, checking out the Quantities and the billing, management of manpower etc.
Doing the inspection as consultant engineer for the concerned sequence of the works on time.
Going through all level details in the approved shop drawings of the concerned area before execution of the works.

Co-ordination of Ministry of Education for a school project at Ibri.
Complete Supervision of construction works of G+2 Commercial Complex as per satisfaction of client. Carry out the plumbing work/drainage work according to the specifications.
