Responsible for overall Operations and Maintenance of remote operation Management (RMS) in Passive power infrastructure Project at BTS/RAN Sites of Telecom operators
Responsible for Field Operations and coordination teams for project execution as per defined SLAs & SOPs.
Ensuring the project reporting and documentation to fulfill the internal and customer requirements for project updates and visibility.

•Provide overall Project Management and Telecom Analyst service and support initiatives for overall Operations and Maintenance of the regional Cellular Network comprising more than 918 ‘Telenor Sites at North Pakistan.
•Responsible for establishing the MS teams and resource management.

•Responsible for the routine communication and reporting with customers and internally.
•Familiar with the process for telecom network maintenance and operation, understand KPI, SLA management
•Provide Project Management service and direction for all project initiatives that include:
NOC teams for sites outages, service affecting P&I alarms and Analyze corrective maintenance requests (alarms) to identify repetitive problems & come up with technical solutions to rectify or eliminate fault causes.
Back office teams for KPI, quality, TCH Availability rate, TCH Congestion, increased Call Drop and performance issues.
Follow up with Project Coordinator for designing and defining timelines and format for reporting to be synchronized nationwide
Warehouse Teams for uphold proper inventory record.
Follow up PM (Preventive Maintenance) and CM (Corrective Maintenance) plans, status of verbal & written reports of technical and non-technical site problems, defects, and non-conformities and floating to our management and customer suggesting new plans and structures
Analyze & monitor field teams activities and facilitate them with necessary resources for smooth and active work.
•Responsible for overall Operations and Maintenance of the regional Cellular Network comprising more than 650 ‘Telenor Sites.
•To ensure round the clock Network Availability keeping the outage minimum and maintain Quality of Service (QOS) targets as per the Operators’ specifications by managing and driving more than 50 teams.
•To carry out audits of regional offices and sites for ensuring compliance of quality standards
•Meeting with client to make the Network streamline as per customer requirement
Assisting higher management for the :
•Complete and draw new company SOPs and formats in synchronization to the field teams
•Starting for company’s new short-term projects and completion and handing over to area teams if long-term after successful start.
•Making new projects feasibilities, resource planning and its budgeting.
•To make sure all teams members to be synchronized for proper flow of work, Monitor their activities and performance within calculated time and budget of Project in a stream line way till to completion successfully.

•Status of verbal & written reports of technical and non-technical site problems, defects, and non-conformities.
•Compilation of soft data for the PM/CM activity.
•Daily Analysis of PM Done Activity and PM Pending with management
•To ensure the submission of weekly analysis, presentation & consolidated reports to client.
•Designing and defining timelines and format for reporting to be synchronized
