* Designed and Implemented ENBD’s Private Market’s Unit structure and functions, covering Private Equity, Private R.E, and Private Debt inclusive of Sourcing & Screening Investment Opportunities, Contract Negotiation, and Subsequent Approval Stages Processes.
* Overlooked teams and processes responsible for Deal Analysis, Financial Feasibility, Deal
sourcing (Front Office), and Placement.
* Headed collaborations with ENBD Investments Bank, ENBD Capital, and Treasury on Fee Structuring and Legal Requirements.
* Implemented Compliance measures and ensured that all deals originated and sourced are as per and comply with: SEC, FSA, DFSA (Dubai), UAECB (Central), and Emirates Securities & Commodities Authority.
* Fund Design & Implementation including retirement funds, Private Banking Pension Investment Fund.
* Entertained 4 P.E (2 Regional, 2 International)Funds Deals of which one Deal was successfully placed.
* Part of CIO Team designated to study Bank’s Pension Fund proposal.

* In charge of all DIFC Real Estate Related Deal Conclusions and Administration
