- Handling Invoice processing and verifications for over 150+ clients.
- Auditing generated invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Acting as a focal point for customer invoice-related inquiries, and ensuring the receipt of required financial documents.
- Following up to collect Delivery Notes and Off-hire Note document equipment.
- Create equipment quotations for customers.
- Organizing and managing Delivery Note and Off-hire files and ensuring all are uploaded and stored properly.
- Following up on the Timesheet equipment.
- Due diligence - checking trade references to get their feedback for a new customer and getting approvals from HOD.
- Managing all Petty Cash issuance for operation and logistics bills.
