Call patient to notify glasses are ready and of balance due at time of receipt
Explaining about different types of optical, contact lenses and frames available on the market.
Assisting and helping the patients choose the best frames and the sunglasses. And dispensing
spectacles and contact lenses to the patient

Participating continuing medical education programs and trainings to improve knowledge.
Received and dispense contact lens to patient, according to SOP
Maintain frame stocks, replenish empty frame and accessories slots

Arranging staff schedule and prepare accurate daily attendance /timing for all staff and submit
report to the management on time.
