Review of Vendor related technical documents and data according to project standard and COMPANY
requirements.
 Compile Quality documents for COMPANY approval.
 Develop and review Project Quality procedures with Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
 Monitor qualification testing of procedures as applicable and prepare reports as specified.
 Coordinating interface between COMPANY, Project Management Team.
 Inspectors allocation for the job location as per the inspection coverage requirement.
 Instructing proper guidance to QC inspector personnel resolving any problem in site related quality activity.
 Co-ordination with project management to review the progress of construction and inspection activities.
 Motivate, develop, Provide personnel appraisal and training requirements for subordinates.
 Prepare and submit Special Process procedures as per Schedule Q.
 Prepare and submit weekly reports to the company as a part of weekly deliverables as per Schedule Q.
 Respond to Company LBE’s as per schedule Q & SAEP-381 requirement.
 Ensure All the RFI’s are closed in a timely manner.
 Review of all Technical query submission to Company/CSD.
 Ensure all inspection tools and gauge calibration certificates are documented properly.
 Ensure all inspection documents like RFI, Calibration, INCR, LBE logs recorded and maintained properly
throughout the project.
