Pan Gulf Holding company is operating through its subsidiaries Steel, Oil & Gas, , Steel Fabrication, Valves & Piping Systems, Fire Safety & Security, Welding Solutions, Telecommunications, Building Materials, and FMCG
• Determining and building a solid selected criteria that can identify the most accurate match between the requirements of the vacant position and the applicant skills.
• coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, requirements and expectations for the vacant positions
• Sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as social platforms, professional networks, attending job fairs and recruitment events while innovating and recommending other sourcing methods.
• Planning selection procedures including resumes and cover letters reviewing, calls screening and Conducting face-to-face interviews.
• Assisting with Hiring Process to facilitate a smooth on-boarding procedure for new employees, administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees as well as assisting with the orientation process
• Screening and shortlisting the potential CVs, from different platforms such as LinkedIn, Monster Gulf and Bayt.com
• Forwarding applicants’ CVs to hiring managers and directors
• Conducting telephone interviews and attending face to face interviews representing recruitment department
• Keeping the applicants updated on application progress and interview feedback.
• Arranging travel and lodging for out-of-town applicants
• Following up with concern department after completion of the preparation period for new employee's performance
•Issuing the job offers and contracts for the new joiners
•Entering the applicants’ Data in the Oracle, Sniper hire and page up people systems
•Assisting candidates with the application processes.
• Arranging interviews, to be conducted in person, via phone or internet.
• Attending meetings as required to provide updates on recruitment progress and determine needs.
• Ensuring completion of all documentation to be sent to the head office in Riyadh as per the recruitment standards
