Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
Ensure statutory compliances for PF withdrawal, Annual returns, Monthly challans, factory License, Shop & establishment license, labor law and record information on a timely basis. Liaison with all Government Agencies ensuring adherence to compliance.
Prepare & process timely distribution of Salary, bonus, increment Salary slip, leave encashment, advance clearance, travel expenses and full & final settlements.
Explained employee compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions and promotion opportunities.
Captured key feedback from employees during exit interviews.
Addressed and resolved general payroll-related inquiries.
Supported with new hire orientations and monthly departmental meetings.
Coordinated employment offers with management and extended offers to selected candidates.
Reviewed and confirmed that all final paid hours corresponded with timesheets and state laws.
Gathered personnel records from all employees from each department.
Evaluated timecards for accuracy on regular and overtime hours.
Sent notice to employees regarding expiring documentation.
