KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead HVAC design, estimation, tendering, procurement, project planning, and execution activities
from concept to project handover.
• Prepare HVAC designs including cooling load calculations, equipment selection, ducting, piping,
ventilation layouts, and engineering calculations.
• Review tender documents, specifications, IFC drawings, and project requirements to define project
scope and technical compliance.
• Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, cost estimates, technical proposals, bid clarifications, and
commercial submissions.
• Develop value engineering solutions to optimize system performance, project cost, and
constructability.
• Coordinate procurement activities including vendor evaluation, technical bid analysis, material
selection, and supplier negotiations.
• Prepare engineering documentation including Material Submittals, Method Statements, MAR,
FMAR, and ARAMCO technical documentation.
• Manage project planning, engineering deliverables, procurement schedules, and execution activities
to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, architects, and multidisciplinary teams
throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project execution through technical reviews, shop drawing coordination, site engineering,
testing, commissioning, and project close-out.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams while ensuring quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.
• Lead engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of proposals, engineering documents, and project
milestones.

− Designed HVAC systems and equipment schedules for ARAMCO projects including Zuluf Onshore
Oil Facilities (700TR DX System) and Jafurah Pkg-31.
− Delivered precise BOQs and cost estimates, reducing scope gaps and aligning with contract
requirements.
− Prepared technical submissions (MAR, FMAR, Method Statements) ensuring first-time approval
from ARAMCO.
− Partnered with clients, architects, and contractors to resolve design challenges and meet
milestones.

Research, design, fabricate, and install Mechanical equipments to meet client’s
requirements in both large and small projects.
 Consult on Mechanical systems and equipments design for a wide range of
projects, and work with other engineers, project managers, and construction
professionals as needed to create and/or modify design parameters.
 Develop and oversee all aspects of production including computer modeling,
selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, testing, and implementation
of products and systems.
 Analyze Mechanical systems and equipments when necessary to find
inefficiencies or malfunctions and create solutions to optimize performance and
increase the efficiency of operation.
 Design testing procedures and control equipment to accurately assess products
and identify areas that require modification and further testing.
 Communicate directly with customers to understand project requirements,
goals, design specifications, and operational environments in order to evaluate
cost, feasibility, and implementation of new Mechanical equipment.
 Create and submit detailed bids that outline costs and timelines for
construction or extraction projects in accordance with deadlines.
 Serve as project leader to coordinate efforts of managers, engineers, drafters,
and manufacturing personnel during all project phases.
 Ensuring the work is completed on scheduled time and with required standards.

Making Preliminary inspection of project sites.
 Perform Cooling load calculations and Ventilation Calculations.
 Perform HVAC system design, Duct and Pipe sizing, making schedule of
equipment’s.
 Prepare detailed design work including working drawings using AUTOCAD
and coordinate with Client/Architect/Other MEP subcontractors for
coordination.
 Calculate Static pressure calculation of the AC units.
 Estimate Bill of Quantity of the project.
 Calculate Total cost of the project.
 Attending the project meeting with Architects and Clients wherever required.
 Arranging the materials required as per the approved submital to run the site
in order to complete the project in the stipulated time.
 Coordinating with all the sub vendors and checking the quality of material and
work.
 Reviewing Duct Design with respect to site and revise the drawing if necessary.
 Supervising site execution work including Ducting, Piping and Installations
with full responsibility on technical and commercial respect.
 Handling Duct-man, Foreman, Piping Technicians and solving their issues
which occur during execution.
 Evaluate the Bills Generated by the Sub Contractor of Ducting, Refrigerant
piping, insulation etc.
 Conduct Testing, Commissioning and Trial running of the Project.

• Successfully delivered projects including The Towerz Residential (1800 HP VRF), SBMP Polytechnic
(1050 TR Chiller Plant), Flipkart All Cargo Industrial Park (200 HP VRF), and Dubai Ports World (240
HP VRF).
