Job Description
•Preparation & update of Project Schedule (P6.19.8, MSP 2016), S Curves and Procurement Schedule.
•Preparation & update of PMS, Monitoring & Controlling Templates & Look Ahead System.
•Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports, Resource Histogram, Equipment Histogram, MIS, Productivity Report, KPIs (SPI, CPI, SPV, CPV), Cash-Flow and PPT for Client and Management.
•Create variance reports (CV, SV & EVA) at various stages of the project to analyze deviations.
•Maintain and record on regular basis as-built records of planned site progress against actual at site.
•Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
•Resource planning for the Project including Manpower, Tools & Tackles and Consumables.
•Participate in Weekly and Monthly Progress meetings with Client, PMC and Sub-contractors.
•Coordinating and attending claims settlement meetings with Contractors & clients.
•Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
•Ensuring project deadlines are met. Determining project changes.
•Monitoring of Risk and issues Register, analysis of gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the area of concern that require an action of stakeholders.
•Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
•Prepare, Review & Analyze of claim and counter claim register including cause and effect of all events in logs.
•Coordinate closely with Discipline heads and HO to arrive at prompt decisions and minimize delays or solve problems.
•Demonstration of entitlement to EOT occurring as a result of delay/disruption/loss of efficiency and drafting of detailed claim.
•Executing billing and measurement of the work for the company.
•Plan for budget for the project and create various budget heads to document and monitor the expenses.
•Maintaining accurate time management records for billing purposes.
•Circulate targets to achieve by circulating weekly / monthly schedules and getting informed status.
•Highlight issues related to construction that cause time delays with and without cost effect.
