• Attend promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Input, update and maintain customer data in the system.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data by verifying and cross-referencing information in the system and submitted documents.
• Review and clean up data to remove duplicates, errors or inconsistencies to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Assist customers in resolving data or service-related issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate channels when necessary.
• Assist customer in payment processing and ensuring payment is receipted prior to document release.
