NCU is a top-five national comprehensive university in Taiwan. I was managing a long-term project to gain accreditation from AACSB (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business for the School of Management). I was responsible for:
managing the accreditation process which includes creating, executing and adjusting an accreditation plan as necessary.
preparing/writing all reports and documents required for AACSB accreditation and compiling data from all faculty members of the School of Management.
planning workshops, meetings and information sessions relevant to the accreditation process.
