HOSPITALTY/HORECA channel and converting them into business goals, objectives and targets. Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-toface meetings to ensure company-wide consistency in client service and sales procedures. Identifying the potential of sales, revenue and profitability goals of F&B sector. Continuously promote sales activities personally/professionally by developing and concentrating on new key accounts and developing business with existing accounts. Establish goals, analyze growth, and provide accurate progress reports, forecasts, and budgets. Working in closely with food service development team to introduce new products /new applications with customers. Ensuring that the correct terms of sale are entered into the client database to prevent avoidable billing issues. Timely followup on finance department of the client to ensure the payments received on time for the collection. Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
