Receiving Aramco-supplied material and following preservation as per Aramco requirements ranging from Mechanical
pipes, valves, flanges, modular skids, cable drums, electrical panels, rebar, concrete foundation items, etc.
To provide Material test certificates as per the required Inspection with Quality personnel.
Streamlined the regional demand and sales forecast by effectively rolling out monthly S&OP processes across the
organization.
Managing supplier delivery performance and maintaining supplier contracts.
To check whether the vendor & manufacturer is Aramco approved and have the required documents.
Issuing Delivery Note/ Transfer Voucher to the Customer/Site against the Sales Order from Sales Team.
Shipment receiving and issuing the MRV against the physical received quantity. For disputes, inform the
procurement department of the variances.
Preventing expires by well managing the stock using FIFO.
Ensure that every ROS is correct to place orders for key lines in the business.
Monitor stocks of Continuity Products and re-order as required to ensure full availability.
Ensure optimum numbers of options are purchased for each store in line with Principal targets and to maximize
availability and sell-through.
Analyze sales by size at the store level and ensure size ratios are revised each season.
Developed Order Forecasting Module in MS Excel using Pivot Tables and Forms utilities viz. designing and monitoring
the management of the dashboard for sales data, stock, and open orders.
Negotiating the services of 3rd party carriers, couriers, and haulage companies
Communicates with vendors for goods and services, negotiates the best possible price, and payment terms, Schedules
the delivery of supplies, and ensures vendors arrive on time to make sure inventory is accurate and it’s sufficient.
Plan Inventory Days & Margins, in season, Management of budgets, and forecasts, Margin Collection, Collaboration
with Category teams, review of performance, optimizing ordering frequency and quantity, schedule orders, Review
Daily, Weekly Order Qty, Value, MIS and Analysis, in-stock Levels overall and ABC, Regular Updates on Slow / NonMoving SKU’s to take necessary decision., Collaborating with Vendors, Meeting and supply chain team for, Promotion
planning, Planning inventory schedule half-yearly and annual for all branches and main warehouse.
Maintain supplier report cards to monitor vendor performance in conjunction with the quality, delivery, and cost
and allied product management teams and develops new supply sources where vendors are not meeting company
expectations.
Negotiates long-term agreements with suppliers and freight carriers at the lowest cost with quality and reliability
requirements and analyzes demand and forecast to set an optimized buy plan.
Maintain accurate vendor purchase orders and monitors them to ensure accurate pricing, freight cost, delivery dates,
tracking information, and each delivery of supplies for quality, safety, and quantity, and report any shortages or
damages to the allied department.
Demand Review using the One Harmonized Forecasting process (OHF) ensures consensus demand for optimal product
supply to the local distributors, and order handling, in collaboration with the different internal and external
stakeholders.
Facilitating the transfer of overstock and surplus inventory to branches in short supply, and inventory performance
to maximize fill rate availability and minimize stockouts.
Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
Participate and deliver the right information and analysis in the demand planning monthly meeting.
Ensuring the right volumes, shelf life, and schedule at the time of shipping.
