· Update the status of the IFC & Shop Drawings status, IR, NCR, Report, Memo, Contract Agreements / Documents & NOC in the system.
· Preparing power point presentations (PPT) for meeting as per management requirements.
· Productivity reports for weekly & bi-weekly based on man-hours & quantities.
· Cost codding for debit notes, material invoices, requisitions and other official documents related to cost department & Account department.

· Work related to QS and Contract Department on to update Invoices, Payment Certificate, and Quotation Memo’s, Knowledge of VBC on Entry Level for QS Department.
· Worked on Plotter Cutting Machine for Cutting Vinyl Numbers Plates for Engineering Departments in Corel Draw Software.
· Auditing my work on regular basis to keep accuracy and proper records update and tracking, for all documents hard copies, filing works, soft copies data filling all hardcopies in the proper manner based on latest versions
