 Study the client ITB documents and prepare table of contents with consultation of Proposal Manager / estimators for Technical and Commercial bid preparation as per client requirements.
 Conversion of price schedules from PDF to Excel and corresponding formality to match client format.
 Preparation of Commercial bids attachments (i.e. Basis of Pricing )
 Preparation of Technical bids attachments (i.e. Manpower, equipment deployment, site organization chart, Project Schedule, etc)
 Arrange the manpower & equipment unit rates for the bids as per client requirement in consultation with discipline lead estimators.
 Convey Client requirement with DOR through email to concerned BA/BSD
 Coordinates the Compilation of soft / hard copies in accordance with client’s ITB requirements regarding technical and commercial bids for final submission.
 Updating of cumulative status of submitted proposals.
 Final Submission files preparation with signed bid packages and Maintain record of all proposals Department documents.
