1.On site supervision and installation of various industrial and commercial equipments.

4.Giving product demonstrations to the out-house clients and convincing them to invest in various products dealt by the company.• Perform duty of import consultant for purchase of industrial merchandise including pumps, electric control panels, generators, solar panels and water filtration units etc.

5.Skilled in installation and maintenance of mini cooling towers, shell tube heat exchangers, interchangeable heat exchangers, electro static precipitators, chillers, air compressors, water filtration units, water irrigation equipment .i.e. submersible and centrifugal pumps etc.

6.Currently involved in the construction of a water filtration / purification (2500GPD) plant meant for providing drinking water for consumers within city premises.

Performed a comprehensive range of management functions in the production dept. Assessed and assisted in major development projects. Worked in full time shifts overseeing smooth and steady plant operations.

Highlights of Contributions:

1. Maintaining production at one of our two production lines installed with state of the art PLC (Programmable Logic Control) system with a production capacity of 3300 Tons Cement Clinkers per day.

2.Management of production related tribulations and arrangement and supervision of workers / labors during regular operation and bi-annual shut downs.

3.Documentation of daily and monthly reports based on production , raw material consumption, fuel consumption and the cost analysis of the mentioned categories.

4.Preparation of HAZOP / HAZID reports for the PYRO PROCESSING SECTIONS based on bi - annual inspections.

5.Extensive on hand experience in operating and trouble shooting of rotary kilns, vertical and horizontal roller mills, heat exchangers, hammer crushers, high efficiency induced draft fans, compressors, blowers, gas analyzers, HT & LT electric motors, rotary packers and pumps.

6.I also happen to have perform HEAT BALANCE, MATERIAL BALANCE and GAS BALANCES on the entire PREHEATING and KILN REACTOR section and generate a Microsoft excel software for it which proved crucial and ample for plant performance and was used by top level management for various projects and day to day operations.

Increased the customer experience by providing information on new products, rates, and services through up selling opportunities. Demonstrated best judgment in the disbursement of adjustments and credits. Responded to customer inquiries and requests and resolved issues efficiently and professionally.

3.Management of product related tribulations and making commission based profits(sales) for the company owing to my natural and very effective aptitude towards retailing and great interpersonal skills on the top of that .

4.Amongst the products handled was IONIC PRO (Air Purification System).The Product is being currently used at various work and medical installations in North America.
