Managing and leading DevOps strategies for SDAIA National API’s project for implementation of Unified National API gateway for KSA on IBM API Connect using Cloud Pack.
• Responsible for aligning NIC Platforms teams with strategic technology roadmaps of SDAIA vision by assessing current system capabilities and designing future technology architectures to achieve strategic technology plans.
• Team lead and architect for SDAIA DevSecOps project resulting in fully documented process library for application lifecycle management from Development processes to Operational Strategies. (reviewed and approved by Gartner).
• Solution architect for Service Portal as part of DevSecOps Project to manage and request process and view lifecycles and process under SDAIA Platforms teams.
• Providing technical solutions to complex business and SDLC problems with Proof-of-Concept POC and mentoring of development and operational teams.
Working with application and operations department managers/Stakeholders to understand needs and providing solutions for End-to-End development to production pipelines.
• Currently lead in architecture and implementation of containerization of current applications and laying out technical plans for docker and Kubernetes infrastructure.

Managing Azure DevOps with Reporting and supporting tools and infrastructure for Platforms team on 50+ concurrent applications.
• Developed Internal Employee dashboard for employees and managers to track work and status while developing and implementing it with 30+ specific analysis reports / dashboards and integrating with TFS Azure DevOps as part of SMO dept. initiative
• Developed from scratch Enterprise WIKI system for NIC internal teams to collaborate and Share technical information and have forums to discuss their queries.
• Continuous development and management of implementation of the custom plugins which is automated, repeatable, traceable, documented, and packaged product on top of azure DevOps (TFS) for managing all application and their concurrent lifecycles.
Implemented the release tracking and reporting providing full visibility into Application changes and releases.
• Gave a POC of Power BI features to Department Managers on its features and capabilities
• Reviewed internal systems and organized training plans to address areas in need of improvement.
• Gathered and defined customer requirements to develop clear specifications for creating well- organized project plans.
Responsible for planning, developing, executing, and supporting the NIC software development lifecycle from the point of developer check-in through deployments. TFS/GIT responsibilities include maintaining the version control system (branching model, security), creation and maintenance of build definitions\scripts, and the setup of work item areas and iterations. Worked closely with key members of the development and operations teams. Responsible for maintaining and supporting developer tools (i.e. Visual Studio, NetBeans, JetBrains, etc..) and developer environments and their technical issues.
Developed entire Email alert, escalation, and notification system with custom business logic for Business Solutions teams and implemented it as a service.
• Responsible for the implementation of the Development Process within the Business Solutions using TFS tool by customizing and extending its workflow capabilities by automation to adhere the NIC ADUP Policy
• Developed internal application to raise change request and case studies for NIC customers to raise tickets in TFS for business solution Department.
• Installed, configured and generated the reports using PowerPivot for SharePoint 2013 for Application Development department changes by using SQL Server Analysis features for multidimensional model (Cubes)
• Responsible for designing and generating all the SQL Server reports SSRS for the higher Management to get the insight of the working of Application Department.
• Worked on the Business Intelligence feature for the Public Database System in NIC to generate reports and KPI’s for all the related sectors.
• Developed and Configured the SharePoint portal for CM department internal work to maintain the CM artifacts and provide NIC development and application related information.
• Developed the custom plugins to support the whole SDLC process automated integrating it with PM Business Solutions Project management process using TFS Object model.
• Was also part of the development team to develop some web services for Motor vehicle application for MOI NIC like
o Seher Services (traffic camera)
o Bashir Service for vehicle non -camera violations.
• Developed change requests in CoolGen (for mainframe) for applications like Driving License and Civil System for NIC.
