Processes the calculation and distribution of employee salaries monthly and performs bank transfer transactions. Manages the monthly payment schedule with Finance. Handles compensation and deductions (promotions, allowances, overtime, absences, penalties, loans, etc.) and handles expense related to benefits like business travel, schooling, and tickets. Reviews and submits end of service settlements. Oversees and ensures the legality of payroll transactions in both the system and the bank. Ensures that payroll transactions are recorded and reported accurately on a periodic basis like balances, provision, and actuarial. Ensures accurate monthly reconciliation in collaboration with Finance. Assists in the year-end closing exercise. Collaborates with Personnel, Government Affairs, Total Rewards,
Organization Development, Legal and Accounting teams to complete and streamline payroll processes. Develops and implements procedures, guidelines, and SLAs. Investigates and resolves any discrepancies. Ensures compliance with laws and internal policies. Assists
in meeting the requirements of both internal and external audits. Contributes to system enhancement by improving payroll entries and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Supervises payroll team members, sets objectives, and tracks progress.
Process monthly salariesfor Headcount & Outsourced staff. Manage monthly payment calendar with Finance and outsource companies. Handle compensation and deductions (promotions, allowances, overtime, absences, penalties, loans, etc.) and handle expense related to benefits like business travel, schooling, and tickets. Submit and reviews purchase requisition and purchase order to deliver outsource expenses. Review and submit end of service settlements. Oversee and ensure legality of payroll transactions in the system. Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions. Collaborate with Personnel, Government Affairs, Total Rewards, Organization Development, Procurement, Legal and Accounting teams to complete and streamline payroll processes. Develop and implement procedures, SLAs, and SOPs. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies. Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies. Assist in fulfilling internal and external audit requirements. Assist in the implementation process of Oracle Fusion Cloud system.

to Accounting and management. Calculate annual increment and bonuses. Support GOSI team in staff registration, deletion and contract authentication. Work collaboratively with several departments; Government Affairs, Total Rewards, Organization Development, Legal
and Accounting to complete and streamline payroll processes. Develop and implement procedures, SLAs and SOPs. Assist in fulfilling internal and external audit requirements. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payroll. Ensure compliance with laws and internal
policies. Supervise and coach payroll team members. Ensure that assigned tasks completed within the SLA. Monitor the attendance and develop the performance of the team.

Update staff payroll information. Manage and calculate compensations and deductions (promotions, allowances, overtime, absences, penalties, loans, etc.). Handle benefit expenses like business travel, schooling and tickets. Process attendance records. Prepare end of
services settlements. Process bank transactions. Address complaints and questions regarding salaries and payments from employees. Prepare and submit reports with payroll information to the supervisor. Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures.

Handle staff files, contracts, new staff onboarding and induction, medical insurance and GOSI addition/deletion. Keep staff status up to date by processing and posting changes on time regarding vacation, absences, letters, promotion and relocation. Generate and submit
the attendance report to assist the payroll cycle. Assist the payroll team at the end of service process by validating the documents, issuing a clearance letter and service certificate. Maintain personnel operations by following policies and procedures.

Work collaboratively with Marketing department to develop objectives and to maximize revenue. Supervise and coach team members. Ensure that assigned tasks completed within the SLA. Monitor the attendance and performance of the team. Assist in the development of Oracle -Siebel CRM system.
Resolve complaints effectively and efficiently within given timescales. Process various types of compensations. Fulfill the needs of customers who are at risk of canceling line service. Perform retention campaigns (telephone-campaigns). Escalate all unresolved requests to the supervisor/manager.
