Providing all other Engineering & Design support tasks.
Work with management to assign, perform, oversee and schedule work tasks and meet cost
objective.
Keeping up to date with new BIM developments by attending relevant seminars and
conferences and subscribing to relevant information sources
Responsible for managing the company’s internal BIM steering group and chairing
meetings
Coordinate the progress of work with the main Architect and client.
Responsible for all design related QA issues and clear before final delivery.
Develop Mechanical design drawings (All stage) from the heat load calculation.
Preparing Mechanical drawings fully construction Requirements using with REVIT Software

To coordinate all services related to Civil & Electro-Mechanical requirements.
Check drawings for discrepancies & raise RFI/SCR’s as necessary and monitor the status.
To submit shop drawings for consultants' approvals and follow up any clarification(RFI, CVI etc.) required by consultant/client.
To execute site for builders' works & any modification of shop-drawings and engineers for variations & claims.
To maintain the quality of drawings & following company's procedures.
