 Receive calls evaluate and forward to the respective person or answer accordingly
 Managing documents from the branches for signature of Group CFO and Group President i.e. Agreements, legal documents etc.,
 Responsible to register the support calls in the Focus CRM, handle the customer and refer tech. quarries to the tech. executive. Respond to the sale enquiry through email or calls and intimate the respective team.
 Send Courier (Documents & Shipments) to the branches worldwide through Air, Land & Bus Transport. And Obtaining COO from chambers of commerce whenever necessary.
 Coordinating with the Sales & Tech. dept. in preparing Sales Order, Invoice, Receipt in Focus Software and printing agreements etc.,
 Applying Medical Health Insurance, Travel Insurance, Motor insurance, Building Insurance & Renewal process.
 Preparing Offer Letters of all new employees based on the branch etc., and collecting documents for visa process. And Maintaining the docs & records of all Branches of UAE.
 Applying New visas, visa renewal, immigration salary certificate and other legal required certificate and documents in the Free zone portal.
