Al Islami Foods - Senior HR Officer - Reporting to HR Director

Accountable for HR activities including manpower Planning, re-sourcing, recruitment, selection, compensation & benefits, employee relations, staff welfare, training-development, HR policies & procedures, payroll, designing and implementing HR strategies and processes.

 Managing overall manpower budgeting, planning, hiring and recruitment while efficiently handled the human resource and implementing a well-designed induction and orientation to ensure smooth entry of the new employee into the main stream of the company
 Talent Acquisition - Creating a talent pool to the hiring needs of the organization and ensure a smooth flow of processes resulting into a successful hire.
 Review existing compensation-benefit policies, identify loopholes and establish competitive programs
 Advice on Performance Management System and Goal Deployment Process, help conduct Mid-Year and End-of-Year reviews. Assist employees setting their goals, training & development needs.
 Assist in HR special project whenever necessary such as reviewing Policies & Procedures, Staff Salary Grading matrix, reviewing organizational effectiveness.
 Solely responsible to Maintain employee information in the SAP HR system & Monthly Posting of payroll to the FI module
 Maintaining SAP HR, PA, OM Payroll modules, and preparation of training documentation and training for end users on SAP. Following up with SAP Consultants for any reporting and development and configuration queries.
 Complete 400+ staff payroll for 3 entities of AIF group by the deadline and process WPS salary, Reconciliation, Bank Documents and making sure it is processed before end of the month
 Provide monthly HR presentation and Run attrition reports, HR KPI, Headcount and ad-hoc HR-related reports.

Al Islami Foods - HR Executive - Reporting to HR Manager

 In charge for sourcing, shortlisting resumes of competent candidates, reference checks, preliminary interview and follow the interview process till top management if required
 Preparing & Issuing Employment Offer Letters, Contracts, Company Business Ethics, Appreciation Certificates, Increment Letters, Separation letters, Warning Letters etc
 Worked with leading service providers to recruit contract employees
 Conduct orientation sessions for different staff level and training for new hires and coordinate in completing their new join check list. Assist in arranging specific on-job for the new staff
 Identify training and development needs within organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with departmental managers & supervisors.
 Execute the training as specified and carry out post course evaluation and offer quality data for reports relating to completed training
 Update Company Organization Structure with proper reporting level and make sure Job descriptions are maintained to all reporting positions
 Design and run Employees’ Performance Management System reports and review processes. Following up with new comers’ performance during their probation period.
 Monitor and make sure all recruitment, training, advertisement, entertainment, Staff welfare all other the HR related expenses are incurred in alignment with the set budget.
 Handling employee resignations/ terminations and conduct exit interviews as required. Follow up in finalizing the clearance and End of Service Benefits settlement by the end of the notice period as per the UAE labour law
 Conduct Employee satisfaction survey across the organization annually, analysing the feedback and highlight the area of concerns to the management and propose necessary measures, also 360 degree feedback survey as required
 Calculate and dispatch yearly leave salary dues if applicable and yearly ticket fare eligibility as per the company policy and procedure.
 Coordinating with Admin team for timely visa process, initial ticket arrangements and formalities related to on board of employee
 Coordinate in collecting information for the rewards & recognition initiatives and involve in organizing at corporate level
 Involve in Employee Grievances handling and submit reports on further tackling and solving the issues.
 Continuously maintained confidentiality of company records, Employee Personal File & Payroll Data.
 Provide HR related reports analytical support for Finance department, HR & other departmental managers & employees whenever need raises
 Regularly come up with programs and methodology designed to help make the department run more efficiently. Oversee all aspects Human Resources activities, lead and serve as professional supporter to the HR department members

 Sourcing CVs, phone interviewing candidates, arrangements for Interview.

 For all HR activities collect appropriate HR forms from the employees with proper HOD approvals and maintain it in employee personal file
 Managed company accommodation supervision, maintenance and resolve area of safety concerns
 Responsible for Trademark registration of company Logos across GCC and foreign countries in coordination with the legal department
 Handled company lease vehicle agreement and coordinating in delivery, transferring, replacement, contract renewals of the vehicles
 Coordinating with the bank for Opening new bank accounts for payroll processing immediately after the completion of visa stamping process
 Make arrangement of Employee engagement programs and social activities like Ifthar Gathering, Pride Campaign, Get-together, Blood donation
 To follow up on the minutes of HR weekly meeting with the process owners on the action plan and it’s deadline
