TECHNICAL WORK EXPERIENCE
Carry out Routine and Non Routine Task for Airbus A319/320/321, A330-200/300, A340-
500/600, A380-800 and Boeing 777-200/300
Familiar with routine software loading for Airbus & Boeing fleet.
Performed transit, daily, weekly check and ETOPS for Etihad fleet base in AUH.
Involved in troubleshooting, defect rectification, Line service check, and major and minor
line checks, wiring checks, component repair and replacement for various types of aircraft.
Attended EWIS, COMPANY DOCUMENTS&PROCEDURES, ETOPs, HF & FTS training
conducted by Etihad Technical Training.
Expert using AIRNAV, Boeing Toolbox, AMOS, CMRO system
Carry out servicing, modifications, repair and replacement of aircraft components/ items of
equipment for Etihad Airways fleet.
Carry out inspection, testing and troubleshooting of various avionics systems.
Carry out Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on Etihad Airways fleet
Carry out multiple C checks (C1, C2 and C3) as a part of scheduled maintenance
Adhere latest company policies and procedures
Ensure maximum attention is given to on time performance.
Proactively involve in Quality, Safety and health matter.
Ensure all aircraft documentation and paper work is completed in timely manner.
Perform Aircraft Avionics system maintenance at the highest level in accordance with
relevant Aircraft Maintenance manual.
Ensure that the safety and quality standards as set by the company are obtained
Carried out 'A' checks, Non Routine Job Card, defect rectification, component repair and
replacement for various types of Aircraft such as A320 family, A330-200/300, B777-200/300
Monitor & ensure compliance with all applicable procedures for all technical staff within the
production department and identify/report all non-compliances with such procedures
Define & ensure a clear plan of action is in place, and that this action plan is clearly
communicated, understood, followed & executed by all involved staff.
Assume full responsibility during shift for the on-time performance of the fleet, and for the
department productivity for both line & light operations
Supervise MCC Coordinators & Technical Support Engineers by setting clear instructions and
priorities.
Continuously motivate, assist & correct as required all staff reporting (directly or indirectly)
‘on the field’
Ensure correct and efficient shift handovers are done at all levels.
Organize & define the manpower task assignment in order to maximize productivity while
ensuring knowledge transfer between staff and continuous experience build-up is
maintained and promoted Actively take part in regular meetings with Production
department Management in order to evaluate and improve the procedures, processes,

Evaluate all direct reports (MCC Coordinators, Technical Support Engineers, Team leaders)
