• Payroll Process (WPS)
• Preparing the annual leave settlement and final settlement of the employees
• Allocating the provision for leave salary, End of service and passage ticket
• Monthly review of subsidiary and general ledger balances related to salaries
• Preparing the files and documents as per the requirement of external auditor for the yearly Audit purpose.
• Arranging the file and documents for the second party auditing for ISO certifications.
• Maintaining the employee records and Personal files
• Monitoring the staff absence and informing the concerned departments.
• Negotiating with recruitment agents for well skilled man powers as per the requirement
• Preparing the all the legal documents for hiring man powers from overseas.
• Preparing job offers and all other inter office memos like letter of appreciation.
Warning letter, show cause notice
• Arranging the training schedules and monitoring the training documents and expiry of the certifications.
• Preparing the file and documents for department of labor department
Handling the entire accounting fucntion of the accounts in the company and recorfding the vouchers in the accounting software and handling the payroll of the company.
Dealing with the accounts of the company and arranging the documents for import and export for the shipment and clearance of the shipments.
Assisting the Accountant in the accounting jobs and having a controll over the stocks going in and out from the store and making and submitting reports to the direct supervisor.
