• Precisely checking of Electrical systems Equipments, locations ratings &
mounting way by the help of drawing, Single line diagram & LFA(Load Flow
Analysis.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with standard procedures & assignments
Working with project managers on production efforts to ensure projects are
completed satisfactorily, on time, and within budget.
• Daily site visits and ensure that all Electrical systems are properly working if
any fault occurs then reporting ist to manager then allocating teams for the
rectifications purposes.
• Inspection, Testing & troubleshooting of the Electrical VFD panels, Isolators
switches, Industrial Sockets & LT Panels & making reports to inform Manager.
• Conducting a megger testing for the cables & collecting all the values, if
Values not approaches to Electrical standards then reporting to Manager &
cable changing Activity performing.
• Work planning & execution strategies as per routine maintenance, predictive
maintenance & break-down maintenance.
• Checking & Installation of GRMS system.
• Maintaining the Equipments Installation of Electrical
systems(Lighting, Power, Data, BMS, Fire- Alarm & Public address) safe secure
& making them good operational without any break down & reporting to the
manager.
• Conducting daily inspection & if any fault detection then making & execution
work planning for the troubleshooting also reporting to the line manager.
• Carried out maintenance in such way maintenance expenditures not
increases and find the solution in creative way & in low cost which will be
beneficial for company & fulfil the requirements of line Manager.
• Conduct testing of the data & fiber optics cables if any fault occurs and
Inspection whether its good or not then rectifying & making reports.
• Conducting Breakers IR testing, Tripping testing & continuity testing for
checking the healthiness & making sustainable & reliable for its functioning
& submitting reports to Line manager.

• Keenly observing the IR testing of cables & making the reports panel wise
for billing purposes then submitting to line manager.
• Maintaining drawings modification records & informing to site-supervisors
for the changes & work implementation starting as per the new modified
drawings.
• Materials quantities calculation as per the site requirements.
• Work Execution as per safety precautions consideration informing
supervisors to maintaining of the PPES & focuses on LOTO.
• Checking the availability of the testing tools i.e(Megger, Clamp meters, Data
testers, OTDR Meters) etc.
• Planning of the cables pulling without damaging the insulation &
maintaining all pulled measurements records and submitting report to Line
Manager.
• Ensuring uninterrupted services, performing root cause analysis & making
action plans. Regulary performs quality assurance inspections of the
Electrical systems equipments for increasing the efficiencies of the systems
equipment & avoiding any breakdown.
• Conducting inpsections of motors(Testing with vibration meter, testing with
meter, Heat analysis, opening of the terminal box, cleaning inside the terminal
box, lugs checking, WR & IR testing) & collecting all the parameters as per
checklists then reporting to manager.
• Maintaining records of all Installation, maintenance and operation activities
also reporting to manager.
• Examine Electrical services for proper working Daily site visits and ensure
that all Electrical systems are properly working if any fault occurs then
reporting ist to manager then allocating teams for the rectifications
purposes
• PPM scheduling & related work orders Visiting the material store on
regularly bases to review the material stocks & ensuring the availability data
collection from foreman Supervisors and reporting to line Manager.
• Keenly observation of the all Electrical panels switching ON/OFF & analysis
of the output for maintaining good environment inside the building.
• As-Built drawings reviewing & checking all the electrical systems
equipments ratings & location for the easiness in conducting future
maintenance.
• Reviewing all Co-ordination, shop, reflected & IFC plans

• Work planning & Execution as per co-ordination, shop, reflected ceiling, as
built, IFC plans, load schedules & single line diagram of the building.
• Checking Average power consumption, power factor values, maximum
demand, sanctioned load & power consumption tracking of the building on
daily & monthly bases then prepare the reports & forwarding it to the
Manager.
• Occupancy & Managing of the Electrical team(Electricians, Foremans &
Supervisors) & also preparing of the work Layouts as per the different tasks
for the execution of the work.
• Preparing the list of transformers & theirs capacities, list of panels in
substation with theirs feeder no, list of total distribution boxes at the site &
area wise preparing list of the panels for own records & future inspection
easiness purposes.
• Monitoring & leading of the Inspection of ACB(Air CCT Breakers) & its
complete maintenance(Racking out, Arc chambers opening & contacts
checking, CRC chemical using, Shunt coil, uv coil, closing coil testing) then
report to Site Manager.

• Preparation of the Electrical manpower list, work allocation plan layout &
highlighting the site area where work is being carried out.
• Raising Inspections RFIS after the completion of work & getting approvals
from consultants for billing Purposes.
• Discussing work plans as per last approved drawings & completion before
due date with efficient policies with site Supervisors & Fore-mans.
• Daily routine wise site visiting & keenly monitoring of the work & consulting
supervisors for the improvement before inspection & maintaining site in this
way Inspections approves.
• Getting materials data from storekeeper & maintaining the availability of
items without interrupting site work.
• Fulfillment also the requirements of line Manager regarding site work.
Maintaining co-ordination with other MEP & Civil Department for solving
sites problems solutions.
