* Spearhead the IT support and operations team for front-line support to business.
* Work with desktops, phones, printers and other peripherals for installation, setup,
maintenance, troubleshooting and support.
* Collaborate with department heads i.e. Finance, Customer Relations and Marketing to
deliver excellent service and effective planning of departmental support.
* Aid in purchasing of IT Assets, also maintain the IT asset management system.

* Strong in business process analysis, data architecture design, development, and
implementation.
* Direct cloud strategy, architecture, technology adoption, and process change
management.
* Excellent understanding of SDLC in accordance with industry best practices and
standards
* Advance experience in following industry standard IT project management best
practices and principles. Agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban
Managing mid to large-scale information technology applications, including complex
cross-functional and cross-organizational applications.
* Support and troubleshoot network and device issues.
* Work with external vendors and stay current with emerging technology to better assist
customers and support staff.
* Perform the daily customer facing IT operations, end user support, back end application
support and resolving customer escalations.
