• Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the College. Support and facilitate development and implementation of section business/marketing plans.
• Plan and administer the Colleges Marketing Operations budget; support development of regional marketing budgets in GCC (UAE, OMAN, Saudi Arab, Qatar, Bahrain), Srilanka, Pakistan, South Africa & UK)
Organize and implement client relations including:
• Student / Parent satisfaction surveys
• Student development activities
• Marketing skills training
• special events
Oversee corporate communications activities through Communications Coordinator including:
• external communications (Advertising Agencies, PR Companies, Agents, Schools, Universities, Ministries, Hospitals, Associations, Embassies, etc)
• internal communications (Academics, University Staff, Students, Doctors, etc)
• public relations efforts
• External Agents and consultants Regional and Local
• Develop and administer marketing database CRM which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, access to financial reports, etc.
• Assist with and support Colleges involvement in various legal networks including coordinating business development and marketing activities via these relationships.
• Design and plan quarterly marketing training seminars for staff.
• Oversee Colleges electronic marketing efforts including supervision of Web site design and maintenance. Includes Regional On Line Marketing (USA, Canada, London)
• Marketing Research and Analysis Regional GCC and Local UAE.
• Masters in Business Administration (MBA) Majors in Marketing • Bachelors in Business Information Technology (BBIT) • English, Urdu / Hindi, Persian • Good Communication / Leadership Skills
