A QA/QC Engineer (Quality Assurance / Quality Control Engineer) is responsible for ensuring that all materials, construction activities, and project deliverables meet the required standards, specifications, and client expectations. The role involves implementing quality procedures, conducting inspections, preparing reports, and coordinating with the project team to maintain high-quality construction practices.

Develop and implement project-specific Quality Assurance Plans (QAP).
Ensure work is carried out according to ISO standards, project specifications, and company policies.
Review and approve method statements, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and quality procedures.
Coordinate with consultants/clients for quality requirements and approvals.
Conduct daily inspections for civil works, such as concrete, rebar, formwork, finishing, earthworks, and utilities.
Monitor material quality and verify compliance with approved material submittals.
Prepare and maintain QC inspection reports, checklists, and NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
Ensure proper testing is conducted (concrete tests, soil tests, compaction tests, etc.) and review test results.

Maintain all project quality records as per ITP and technical specifications.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for management.
Ensure proper filing of MIRs (Material Inspection Requests), WIRs (Work Inspection Requests), and checklists.

I have good experience in related field 10years above.

A Civil Site Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day construction site activities, supervising workers, ensuring safety and quality, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring project progress as per plan, drawings, and specifications.

Supervise and monitor daily site activities according to drawings, method statements, and specifications.
Ensure proper execution of civil works such as concreting, excavation, formwork, rebar, blockwork, plastering, finishing, and infrastructure works.
Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors based on work priorities and site requirements.
Ensure the availability of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
