Preparation of Initial Estimate to know the cost of the project.
Preparation of final estimate and checking with initial estimated quantities verses actual quantities and preparation as built.
Detailed calculation of sub structure : PCC, footing, Neck Column, Tie and strap beam, plinth beam, grade slab, retaining wall, septic Tank, underground water tank. Abstract for quantities of sub structure items.
Detailed calculation of Super structure : Floor columns, floor beams, floorslab, staircase, ramp, brick work calculation, cement mortar calculation concrete mix design, Abstract for quantities of super structure items.
