From Feb 2016 to till now: Working as a Maintenance Coordinator in PETROTEC under QATAR GAS OPERATING COMPANY (QG SOUTH (RAS GAS), BARZAN) in MAINTENANCE SUPPORT SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
worked as a Maintenance Supervisor in SAUDI SPECIALIZED PIPE, KING ABDULLAH ECONOMY CITY, RABIK . During plant construction responsible for all electrical related work with follow the plant electrical drawing, Like plant lighting system, office building lighting, fire alarm system wiring, all the machineries installation and cabling with follow the schematic drawing, explosion proof lighting in Resin (SRIPOL 7180 ISOPHTHALIC-NPG), CATALYST BUTAMAX M50 (METHYL ETHYLE PEROXIDE), COBALT (ACCELERATOR), follow up the supplier, contractor work, quotation, purchase order and inspection, completion of work with testing and commissioning.
Preventive and corrective maintenance of polymer concrete pipe processing plant equipment with follow the safety precautions. Familiar with LOCK-OUT/TAG-OUT procedure, troubleshooting of PLC hardware, frequency drive, testing and maintenance of three phase motor, DOL Star delta starter, electrical panel, compressor, conveyor belt, Dryer, Cooler, Blower, Chain elevator, Oil Burner, Overhead cranes DEMAG, ATS PANEL, MCC PANEL, pneumatic hammer, solenoid valve, pressure switch adjustment, Modification of schematic drawing for water pump motor and its logic. Ability to understand schematic circuit diagram and good command in control ckt.
Independent worked as a Service Engineer in Demag Cranes & Components, MIDDLE EAST and having experience of inspection, testing, commissioning and maintenance of EOT CRANE with follow the schematic ckt and GA drawings, CAN BUS technology and manual cranes, PLC and frequency inverter drive (v/f control) of DEMAG and ABB (ACS 800), pole changing motor, inverter drive motor, AMC of EOT crane, Gantry crane, chain hoist, jib cranes etc.(electrical and mechanical) and also having experience of sales for spare parts enquiry, refurbishment, AMC in different plant. Responsible for western region of Saudi Arabia. Worked in different company like ALUPCO, PETRORABIGH, ATTIEH STEEL RAJHI STEEL, LUBEREF(ARAMCO), SAMCO etc in Saudi Arabia and UAE with follow the safety precautions (Got the training SAFETY AWARENESS and knowledge of EHS as conduct by DEMAG).
Worked in ABB LTD (INDIA) as a Service Engineer, having
experience of AC DRIVE (V/F CONTROL ACS 800 AND DIGITAL ASTAT) inside different plant in TISCO (TATA IRON AND STEEL CO.) Jamshedpur and got a experience in the field of testing, commissioning and maintenance of EOT AND ELL CRANES DRIVES (Orissa port) (10t, 40t, 75t, 90t, 260t (LADDLE CRANES) in LD # 1 and LD# 2 etc). Hardware knowledge of PLC AC 800M and trouble shouting with schematic ckt drawing.
Worked as a JUNIOUR ENGINEER, ELECTRICAL in TATA POWER, JAMSHEDPUR (547.5MW = 1*67.5MW+4*120MW), Responsible for Control or maintain auxiliary equipment, such as pumps, fans, compressors, condensers, blower, centrifugal pump, air, or auxiliary power. Experience in worked on control circuits, trouble shooting of faults, variable frequency drive of ABB, Testing and maintenance of three phase motor, DOL, Star delta starter (visual inspection abnormal sound observe, current, voltage checking), MCC panel, Fire Detection and Alarm system of Notifier, Honeywell etc.
