Manage an accurate inventory of warehouse materials.
* Daily updating Inventories of outbound/Inbound goods in WMS 3PL central.
* Creating GRN/DN/AWB through WMS 3PL central.
* Creating Shipments using InstaOFM, Zad, Amazon dashboard for Ecommerce projects.
* Updating Monthly Billing Reports to Finance Department.
* Controlling the deliveries based on client’s Instructions
* Ensure proper transport, packaging, and placement of products.
* Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving,
identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
* Ensure that shipment materials match packing lists before dispatching orders.
* Ensure materials are delivered to sites in a timely manner as per clients’ criteria.
* Assess and recommend ideal shipping methods, routing or carriers to meet necessary
parameters, specifications and costs.
* Accurately updating all data into computer and manual recording systems.
* Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
* Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
* Supervise all forklift operations.
* Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.

* Maintain updated records of all approved documents.
* Typing of site documents and follows up of all the site needs.
