• Environment Management
1) Implementation of environmental control plan and ensure all activities are comply with local and international environmental regulations.
2) Coordinate with QMS team for daily environmental problems related to production activities.
3) Preparation for periodic environmental audits to verify environmental compliance.
4) Documentation of environmental parameters during process for Environmental audits.
5) Check amount of solid waste generation and monitor safe disposal procedure.
6) Water quality analysis before and after use.
7) Conduct environmental awareness training sessions periodically and for newly hired staff
8) Notify senior management about noncompliance and environmental incident.
9) Resolve all environmental complains during work and notify by internal/external auditors.
• Health& Safety Management
1) Design, Implementation and & maintenance of company HSE policies.
2) Identify hazardous workplace conditions.
3) Sampling for measurements of biological and chemical hazards and adopt recommendation to mitigate possible hazard.
4) Train Employees according to safety regulations.
• Process Control
1) Maintain relationship between documents and parameters to ensure the quality of process and product.
2) Coordinate with plant engineering maintenance of plant, minimize unnecessary break downs and accuracy of Electrical, electronic and mechanical parameters.
3) Check performance of quality controllers by verifying documented records (Physical and chemical parameters).
4) Identify problems during process and eliminate/reduce possible cause.
5) Prepare process control system for internal, external and surprise audits.
6) Ensure process control system is comply with ISO.OHSAS, EMS guidelines.
• Team Management
1) Analyze strength and abilities of individuals to assign task
2) Motivate team members for timely completion of task.
3) Identify problems and resolve conflicts within team
4) Develop procedures for effective communication.
5) Define roles and responsibilities of team and team members.
