• Oversee quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes for piping, welding,
HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems, ensuring adherence to ISO
9001:2015, NFPA and ASME standards.
• Develop and implement Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality
Control Procedures to maintain compliance with project specifications and regulatory
requirements.
• Conduct material inspections, non-conformance reports (NCRs), root cause analysis
(RCA), and corrective action plans (CAPA) to mitigate risks and improve quality
performance.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, third-party inspection agencies, and suppliers
to ensure quality standards, site compliance, and technical documentation control.
• Perform internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with HSE (Health, Safety &
Environment) and risk management protocols in accordance with EM385-1-1 & OSHA.
• Supervised MEP system installation, commissioning, and functional testing, ensuring
adherence to MEP QA/QC plans, ASHRAE, SAMACNA, and NFPA standards.
• Developed and implemented QA/QC manuals, method statements, material approval
requests (MARs), and ITPs.
• Coordinated pre-inspection meetings, and supplier quality assessments to validate materials and workmanship standards.
• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions
• Oil & Gas (KNPC MAB Refinery): Spearheaded the QA/QC framework for the
Upgradation of HVAC Equipment. Managed high-stakes inspections and technical
documentation in a live refinery environment, ensuring zero operational downtime.
• Federal Infrastructure (KNB Breakwater & Cargo Pier): Directed quality governance
for USACE project W912ER-15-R-0027. Successfully navigated complex maritime
engineering standards and federal audits to secure final project acceptance.
• Sustainability & Power (Hybrid Solar Microgrid, ERCIP2): Leading the quality
control for advanced solar infrastructure at Camp Arifjan. Implementing rigorous testing
protocols for electrical systems and Microgrid synchronization.
• Water & Environment (STP Expansion, AASAB): Managed the QA/QC lifecycle for
the Sewage Treatment Plant expansion, focusing on MEP system installation,
functional testing, and environmental compliance with K-EPA standards.
