•Responsible for selling and marketing of products.
•Arrange the products in a striking manner at eye level to attract customer's attention and generate good business.
•Visual merchandising and informing customers about the arrival of products in case of non-availability.
•Deal with customer's problems and grievances and provide timely solutions.
•Oversee the customer's behavior to be alert towards shoplifting or other unlawful actions and prevent loss on the sales floor.
•Perform several other tasks as instructed by the Superiors.
•Responsible for helping customers in buying the merchandise.
•Visual display to attract customer's attention.
•Checking stock requirements and refilling it on timely basis.
•Follow 4 service excellence standards i.e. communication, attitude, responsiveness and respect and caring (CARR).
