• Prepared, analyzed, and presented financials, operational KPIs to management,
specifically P&L reports for each export, daily production, and stock reports.
• Managed end-to-end accounting operations; from record-to-report, periodic financials,
period closings, inventories management, assets capitalization etc.
COMNET Project:
(1 year 11 months): A thirty party polio eradication project of UNICEF.
• Processed monthly payroll of more than 2000 project staff across Pakistan.
• Managed awareness campaigns / trainings / events; hoteling, boarding and lodging at
tehsil / district levels, single point of communication for vendors / trainers / project staff.
Regulatory Interaction Desk (8 months):
• Assisted Head of Operations; drafted official responses to various banks and ministries,
obtained legal advice and vetted company policy procedures.
• Monitored branch Licenses; communicated opening/closing/shifting of branches to central
bank, managed branch lease agreements, direct communication with parties.
Fixed Assets Control Desk (1 year 6 months):
• Monitored more than 20000 assets, including capitalization / retirement / transfer of assets
between branches
