The company specialises in turnkey waste management and sanitation projects that not only ensures quality, environment, health, safety and sustainability as a key feature but also focuses on client’s capacity building, whether that client is of Government, Public Sector or Private one.
Our team has experts who have mastered Swachh Survekshan, Garbage Free City, ODF/ ODF+/ ODF++ / IEC Activities etc. and have helped many ULBs to achieve significant ranking on all India basis.
My role being a team leader for Project Management and Consulting projects on Swachh Bharat Mission and Implementation of Solid Waste Management Program for various Urban Local Bodies was to lead the project and manage team of experts to ensure deliverables like Purchase and Procurement policy, Compliance on Swachh Survekshan, Garbage Free Cities etc.
I directly managed 7 Project Managers and 60 Project Associates.
Major Responsibilities:
a) Undertaking pre-feasibility analysis/ baseline survey
b) Conceptualizing a project, based on gap analysis
c) Project planning, designing and budgeting (Preparation of Detailed Project Reports)
d) Undertaking complete bid process management i.e., Call for Expression of Interest/ Request for Proposal/
Evaluation/ Award of Contract/ Technology sourcing/ Procurements
e) Project Monitoring & Supervision
f) MIS/ Operational audits/ Risk assessment on a regular basis etc.
•Incorporate company procedures and policies in operations of business unit.
•Manage business activities focusing on financial and strategic growth of organization.
•Create new marketing strategies and monitor QA and QC measures.
•Build strong relationship with the customers in order to maintain good revenue growth.
•Manage start-up costs and finances of business unit by efficient financial management.
•Perform review and validation of system layouts and equipments.
•Create harmonious working environment, train and mentor staff and motivate all team members to perform efficiently.
•Explore and analyze market trends and identify new opportunities in assigned region.
•Work on requirements provided by senior management whenever required.
