Working for a USAID-Skymet collaborative project called “Partnership in Climate Services for Resilient Agriculture in India (PCSRA)”.
Drafting monthly, quarterly and annual progress report for USAID, primarily indicating the pace of interventions, impact and effects, issues and challenges, case studies and success stories.
Facilitating weather based crop-advisories in the 6 regional languages to the 85, 000+ registered farmers under the PCSRA project across 9 states in India.
Handling third party agency for mid-term and end-line project survey and reviewing survey tools, data collected, reports and other deliverables.
Writing Crop Outlook and Forecasting crop-wise Production based on Weather and Satellite data.
Coordinating with various team to develop software based crop monitoring portal and advisory app for Potato farmers in Gujarat. Reviewing Apps and Web-portals developed for various clients.
Drafting Terms of Reference (TOR), Expression of Interest (EOI), Concept Notes and Technical Proposals.
Drafting Proposals and Expression of Interest (EoI) for tenders floated by national and international agencies in sectors of agriculture, agri-business, livelihoods rural development etc.
Doing Sectoral analysis and writing Reports on various sectors like Agriculture, Horticulture, Fisheries etc. covering the components like supply and demands, value chain analysis, trade and business regulations, market opportunities and prospects.
Doing Data Analysis and writing Reports based on Impact Assessment, Monitoring and Evaluation, Livelihood, Rural Development and other similar areas of Agri-business Consulting. Developing survey tools like Questionnaires, FGD and IDIs.
Keeping track of all the Projects and Assignments the organization is handling and ensuring the on-delivery of the Projects to the clients.
Served as Project Head of organization’s monthly journal called “Global Economic Monitor”, which covers region-wise global trade in form of data and stories. The recipient of the Journal was Ministries, Embassies, Research Institutions, Corporations, and Boards etc.
Preparing projects and comprehensive reports on trade & policy related topics, particularly in food & agriculture sector. Preparing PowerPoint presentation for the marketing purposes based on outcomes of research.
Assisting organization in forming the food committee of the organization by connecting with key trade bodies, associations, federations, chambers etc. Developing content, updating information, managing integrations & developments with the developers related to the website and app.
Preparing Daily report featuring Technical Analysis and Intraday Trading Recommendations. Making Daily fundamental report comprising Fundamental Analysis based on market sentiments, spot and future prices in domestic and international market and short term price outlook.
Preparing Weekly and Monthly reports for the clients, featuring Supply and Demand Dynamics, Domestic and Global Balance Sheets, APY Projections, Price and Indices Trend, Export Import Scenario, Price Outlook for Medium term and Long Term the recommendation and advice for trading, investment, hedging and other agri-business needs.
Making customized report for Government of Andhra Pradesh on daily and weekly basis providing the price trend, sowing progress, crop condition, procurement of essential commodities including Pulses, Rice, Edible oil etc. in the state.
Preparing customized report for Ministry of Agriculture (MoA) on cotton including Global Production and Consumption, Trade Policy, Major Export Destination and Market Highlights and Analysis. Meeting regularly and handling clients like Ministries, State Government, and Private companies etc. to understand their need and providing them the customized reports.
