Assigned to the client company “Qatar Energy” COE team as Site Coordinator Shutdown and Maintenance through Descon Engineering Qatar LLC for the shutdown of Train - 5, Gas Turbines MR, C3, N2 and K 402 and compressors.
My role is to oversee the logistics, manpower, material management system and support Vendor GE and GTS to successfully safely shutdown completion without any hurdles.
Scope of work is the internal inspection. Scaffold erection, insulation removal, Blinding, remove PRV, open all manways, start ventilation, initial inspection, replacement of turbine rotor, remove demister, weld joint power brush, install new demister for steam drums, erect scaffold internal for heating zone, remove baffle plates, power brushing on tubes weld joint
Assigned to the company Ferrostaal construction team as Superintendent Piping, Structural, Insulation and Scaffold through Aryan Oil Services (AOS). Pipeline for the construction, repair, maintenance and shutdown of the As Sarah station, GUP, GOSP, Sarir and Nakhla projects.
Dismantled the old existing GRE pipe line and reinstall new duplex stainless steel pipe.
The role is to oversee the pre-fabrication, erection, installation and Pre-commissioning of all piping system, pipeline, structural steel, static equipment’s and scaffolding

Maintain the records, plan orders and scheduling in project. Keep eyes on safety hazards, quality procedures, proper utilizing of tools and equipment’s, material sorting, good knowledge about NDT (DPT, Visual Inspection).
Assigned to the client company ADCO PMC team as SR. Construction Engineer Pipeline through CH2MHILL Energy Canada limited (VECO) for the construction of the Expansion of BAB Gas Compression Project Phase-2 (Habshan-5). The role is to oversee the contractor and sub-contractors during pre-fabrication, installation and Pre-commissioning of all pipelines, piping systems, structural steel and static equipment on all around off plot site.
Key responsibilities:
Supervision of contractor for piping, pipeline, static equipment & structure steel, fabrication, erection & installation of 24 no’s new wellheads, Remote manifold station (RMS-2 & RMS-3), 24 no’s 6” flow line and 1 no 20”, 1 no 18”, 3 no’s 16” and 1no 3” trunk line.
Works within departmental and company guidelines, and professional standards. Identify most effective way of completing assignments, showing initiative and able to set priorities.
Interfaces regularly with Contractor's Engineering and Project Management Team whenever required.
Leading and supervising a team of CTR project staff to meet project deadlines effectively.
Prepare and endorse daily progress report and time sheets. Detailing the work progress, number of fabrication Subcontractor personnel and equipment available on site and other related items identified in the scope.
Conduct line checking to ensure construction has been done properly in accordance with drawing and spec.

Assigned to the client company TOTAL E&P YEMEN (TEPY) as Construction Supervisor (PVV and Structural) during the construction and commissioning of the Kharir Power Plant Project and construction of WTU/IF Project (Block - 10). The role is to oversee the contractor company during pre-fabrication, installation, Hydro-Testing and commissioning of all piping systems and related structures and vessels.
Assigned to the client company SEPOC - YLNG as Field Supervisor during the construction of the CPU Phase II Upstream Facilities Project in the Marib, Block 18. The role is to oversee the management contractor and sub-contractors during pre-fabrication, installation and Pre-commissioning of all piping systems.

C/H Piping for CCC - Saipem SpA consortium project during the construction of the KPC Project- Karachaganak. Responsible for line checking pre-fabrication, installation and Pre-commissioning of all piping systems. Supervision and coordinating activities throughout construction of the project.
