• Ensure shelf share requirements are compliant with BDA.
• Ensure global Availability Visibility and Accessibility (AVA) guidelines shelves are fully replenished to meet demand.
• Ensure those products are merchandised as per assigned planogram.

• Know the sell in & sell out of the customers and report it to the Key Account Specialist (KAS) or Field Sales Representative (FSR).
• Maintain a personal hygiene.
• Ensure that promotions are in the key locations, attract shoppers attention in alignment with the sales team, price well shown and invite self service for better shopping experience.
• Align and abide with the store’s policies when receiving, storing, and shelving products.
• Align with the salesman for the timely delivery of products.

• Reporting of out of stock, competitive activities and price changes.
• Ensure effective use of the First Expiry First out (FEFO) method when merchandising products if needed.
• Inform store manager and FSR/KAS of damaged goods.
• Ensure effective use of Point of Sale Material (POSM) based on picture of success elements.
• Recommend new merchandising opportunities based on the movement of the product from the shelves and/or display areas.
• Ensure flawless execution of promotional activities at outlet level.
• Responsible to maintain the quality of our products, and the hygiene of the shelves.
• Establish and maintain good relations with customers and suppliers.
