Coordination of Material, quotations.Updating all sort of Drawings .
Secondly i am performing admin duties such as, utilities and managing transport, giving direction to non-skilled staff, janitorial services.
In charge of Drawings Section, Controlling all sort of Drawings outgoing and incoming in soft copies and hardcopies.
Distribution of drawings
Updating all sort of registers by the Computer.
