Leading a team of four instrument & control technicians and a supervisor.
Reporting every day to Maintenance Manager; handling shift for complete plant instrumentation, PLCs, SCADA and electrical, preparing shift report, PR for spare parts and Maintenance schedule.
Troubleshooting the Siemens (PLC Simatic S7 300/400 + WinCC SCADA) software and hardware and fault diagnosis.
Troubleshooting of ring Profibus communication between each RTUs and the control room; comprising of dual redundant SCADA Servers.
PLC and SCADA Program changes (daily/weekly) based on production department requirement.
Troubleshooting the electrical faults for each section of plant.
Planning for required upgradation for instruments, SCADA software to achieve production quality and cost minimizing.
Maintenance and calibration of different kukla weighing feeder controller as per production requirement.
Maintenance & calibration of Gas burner (Temperature Control System) on weekly basis.
Ensure Spares balance and inventory control for all automation, electrical and instruments’ spare parts.
Maintenance and calibration of defected motors, soft starters, drives, star/delta starters, VFDs, MCCs.
Maintenance & calibration of transmitters PT, LT, TT, DPT.
Engineering, Design and Project Execution for Instrumentation, PLC, SCADA and other Automation projects for Water treatment Plant, Process Plant, Sewage Plant and Electricity & Water.
PLC/SCADA/Instrumentation engineering activities.
Preparation of specifications, bid evaluation, I/O list, graphics specifications and Boolean logic diagram.
Preparation of techno-commercial offer for customer as per required specifications.
Design, Installation, calibration and loop checking of the field instruments.
Instrument, PLC & SCADA procurement activities such as interaction with vendors, technical evaluation of bids and prepare of purchase recommendation.
Design, Implementation, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Tank Inventory Management Systems.
Programming of PLC using Ladder logic.
Developing Static and Dynamic Screens for HMI, for implementation in various functions.
Configuring and faults diagnosis of PLC, SCADA, HMI, RTU, Modbus Communication, Analysers and Control Loops.
Designing, Implementing and Commissioning of new control loops as per site requirements.
Review of control philosophy, P&I diagrams, cause & effect diagrams, instruments list, and flow chart.
Configuration of PLC & RTU for standard communications protocols, MODBUS TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP, Profinet and Device Net.
Configuration of SCADA/HMI including graphics, tags, alarms, trends and reports.
Installation, testing & commissioning of control systems & instrumentation.
PLC/HMI installation and commissioning.
Conducting FAT/SAT with Customer.
Providing technical reports and documentation, according to company standards.
Configuration of eWON devices for Remote Access, Remote Data Collection and Remote Data Online.
Developing Static and Dynamic Screens for HMI, for implementation in various functions.
Programming of PLC using Ladder logic.
Configuration of PLC & RTU for standard communications protocols, MODBUS, Profibus, Ethernet, Device Net.
