 Monitor handling of customer complaints.

 Apply creative techniques to achieve / exceed the store sales target
 Provide safe & clean store environment for employees and customers.
 Ensure has the required stock levels to maximize the sales.
 Weekly audit the store administration and resolve discrepancies if any
 Responsible of achieving monthly Target and other KPI of the store.
 Responsible of promoting the Loyalty programmed of the company for repeat sales.
 Responsible for maintaining the Visual Merchandising standards at the stores all the time as per set VM standards.
 Responsible to ensure minimal stock loss manage Stockrooms and Inventory.
 Ensure store security- concerning Stock & Money.
 Formulating pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities determining additional needed sales promotion.
 Ensure random pricing checks on products completed on time.
 Maintaining various reports related to Sales & account.
 Reporting to Business Manager & Business Head.
