• Financial Transaction Recording & VAT Compliance: Record all financial transactions in compliance with
VAT regulations and maintain up-to-date records to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Accounts Receivable (AR) Management: Process and record incoming customer payments, manage
customer accounts, and generate accounts receivable aging reports. Follow up on overdue payments,
ensuring timely collections.
• General Accounting Duties: Perform day-to-day general accounting duties, including maintenance of the
chart of accounts, monthly profit & loss (P&L) reporting.
• Bank Reconciliation & Correspondence: Manage all bank correspondence and execute bank
reconciliations accurately to ensure financial data aligns with banking records.
• Vendor & Supplier Invoices: Process vendor invoices, reconcile supplier statements, follow up on unpaid
invoices, and ensure timely vendor payments while managing accounts payable (AP).
• Payment Request Management: Initiate payment requests in Business Intelligence (BI) software, obtain
approval, process payments, and ensure all expenses are posted accurately. Track and monitor expenses.
• Month-End Closing: Coordinate and execute month-end closing procedures, working with various teams to
ensure timely and accurate closing of the financial books and proper reconciliation of accounts.
• Intercompany Ledgers Reconciliation: Obtain intercompany ledgers from all intercompany and reconcile
related party accounts, ensuring proper documentation and transaction accuracy.
• Fixed Asset Management & Depreciation: Record fixed assets and calculate depreciation, ensuring
accurate tracking and reporting.
• payroll statements for all employees, including final settlements, leave settlements, and gratuity calculations.

• Preparation of Annual Financial Statements such as Statement of Comprehensive Income, Statement of
Financial Position, Statement of Cash Flow in accordance with the LKAS
• Financial Data Management: Input and manage financial data and reports in the companys automated
financial system, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all financial records.
• Month-End and Year-End Procedures: Ensure all month-end and year-end accounting procedures are
completed, including preparation of journal entries for General Ledger functions and financial reporting.
• Bank Reconciliation: Provide oversight for bank account reconciliation, verify bank balances, and ensure
that entries are accurate and aligned with bank statements.
• payroll statements for all employees, including final settlements, leave settlements, and gratuity
calculations.
• Timely Payment of Invoices & Collection of Receivables: Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts
receivable (AR) functions, ensuring timely payment of vendor invoices and collection of receivables.
• Communication with tax officers and Managing tax payments
• Preparing VAT summaries and Filing of VAT returns
• Calculation and payments EPF, ETF
• Audit Preparation: Support internal and external audits, preparing schedules and assisting in audit
activities, ensuring compliance with required financial documentation and tax filings.
