(Process RFQ from customers -Prepare Offers & submission, Purchase orders, sales Orders, invoicing, business letters, bank guarantees, reconcile invoices discrepancies, monthly debit note finalization and operating monthly promo offers) .

Co-ordinate Sales Operations with Sales team and other departments .
Preparation of periodic business reports both inventory and sales and deliver to top management.
Follow up 2nd release in MOH Drugs Department and Public Authority of Food
and Nutrition in order to avoid the delay to sell in Private Market.

Responsible for daily tender operations majorly concerned with Ministry of Health.(Handling sales for Pharmaceutical, Surgical, Disposables, Dentals, Derma and Consumer Care).
Review of tender documents and coordinated with relevant function and facilitated the tender preparation.
(Process RFQ -Prepare Offers, bid submission, Purchase orders, sales Orders, invoicing, business
Letters and reconcile invoices discrepancies).
Co-ordinate with sales and other departments for daily operations.
Preparation of periodic business reports both inventory and sales and deliver to top management.
Make sure of deliveries to MOH hospitals on time and its further follow up.
Plan and execute all Sales and promotional activities periodically in all over Kuwait .
Drive the outlet staffs to achieve the targets through various forms of incentive packages and commissions offered.
Negotiate the price with the supplier based on our budgets and assure the supply on time.
Keep customers well satisfied with our brand products and communicate frequently to customer data base about new offers through online medias, sms, flyers, email, and other social networks.
Monitoring day to day sales and preparation of sales reports of all outlets periodically.
Preparation of business reports and presented to management in every month end .
Meeting clients for selling OOH media services and responsible for achieving targets of the assigned territory within budget, time and policy parameters through efficient control of the distributor network and staffs.
