At present handling complete Body shop as post with Supervisor in SAMACO Automotive in KSA. Expertise in managing Body shop operations of Audi, VW, Porsche and Bentley Vehicles with key focus on top line / bottom line profitability thereby ensuring optimal utilization of resources. A keen planner & implementer with demonstrated abilities in devising services related business plans & strategies for accelerating the business growth in Body shop.
An effective communicator with excellent relationship management skills and strong analytical, leadership, decision making, problem solving & organizational abilities. Keep the body shop well-maintained, clean and tidy and monitor the operational readiness and safety of all body shop equipment and facilities.
• Follow up the Audi SCP in day to day process for programming the daily work.
• Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers.
• Managing and overseeing the dealership's workflow and schedule.
• Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business
• Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable technical solutions and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
• Minimizing bottlenecks for high quality of service for increasing the Customer Satisfaction Index and improved service levels.
• Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
Heavy Service Equipments, Building Equipments, New Holland & INT’L BUS
• Service Adviser in Nissan, Infinity with Renault and follow up N-SAP in daily work.
• Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable technical solutions and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
• Minimizing bottlenecks for high quality of service for increasing the Customer Satisfaction Index and improved service levels.
• Handling maintenance and diagnosis of fault by using diagnosis hand tools, Scanner.
• Responsible for working in IC Engine Modern Co. cars viz. Chevrolet, Daewoo and Daihatsu.
Work as a Mechanical technician in service Department.
36 month Diploma in Automobile Engineering from The George Training Institute with 12 month apprenticeship with TATA motors dealership in hand training.
