• Participated in HSE related meetings.
• Attending toolbox of sub-contractors to ensure that they are discussing safety procedures properly
• To assist the Safety Manager in coordination of safety activities
• Provide proper instruction to every employee before starting work
• Coordination with the client safety officers regarding safety issues in the job site
• Making daily reports regarding unsafe acts and unsafe condition in the jobsite
• Inspect the worksite daily to ensure safety rectifications are implemented.
• Monitor all workers to ensure proper safety outfit, such as safety belt, safety shoes, Safety helmet, and Safety glass
• Checking and monitoring the scaffolding tag system.
• Responsible to make regular site inspection to monitor sub-contractor’ compliance with safety procedure
• Check that only qualified person employed for the assign task.
• Arranging work permits for the contractors.
• Identifying hazard to the work.
• Inspection of Safety sign boards and Barricade to avoid accident
• Reminding all workers that safety is the best policy to target zero accident.
• Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly inspection and monitoring all activities &

• Organize, monitor, and coordinate Safety Awareness Program, Loss Prevention Program at site.
• Portable equipment inspection and machine safe guarding.
• Promoting safety awareness.
• Maintain adequate documentation of safety education programs to comply with relevant standards, applicable licensing standards and other regulations as required.
• Preparing Company accident statistics for management reports.
• Develop of job safety analysis and hazards identifications.
• To educate the Supervisors and workers to follow safe working practices.
• Continues monitoring the work site condition.
• To develop, train and educate workers to follow safe work practices.
• Attend and participate in all accident / incident investigations.
• Conduct daily safety tool box meeting.
In large storage operations, managers have a more strategic role and deal with planning, coordinating, administration and general management issues, which include the day-to-day supervision of staff and overseeing work organised by team leaders (who then report to the manager).

coordinating the use of automated and computerised systems where necessary;
responding to and dealing with customer communication by email and telephone;
keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate;
planning future capacity requirements;
organising the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress;
motivating, organising and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded;
producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;
briefing team leaders on a daily basis;
visiting customers to monitor the quality of service they are receiving;
maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment, for example, ensuring that stock such as chemicals and food are stored safely;
