Heading a team to build the practice for new emerging technologies like ML, AI, IoT, BlockChain and others. Developing prototypes around Voice Commerce and Zero UI to enhance customer experience. Leading the engagements with clients to introduce new technologies into their systems.
I Co Founded this startup to build new generation job search and career elevation platform. Currently building ML based resume matching and categorization tool. This tool is based on Support Vector Machine algorithm to classify a job seeker profile as 'best', 'average' or 'low' against job profile. It was my brain child and we could successfully released the beta version with just 4 people team. Here I am exploiting cutting edge technologies including cloud computing, firebase, serverless architecture, NOSQL databases, Machine Learning, TensorFlow etc.
I was part of the core team of this startup. Being the first employee in India, i did setup everything from scratch including team, facilities, system, training, delivery process etc. In this association I played various roles majorly Delivery and Operation Head as well as Solution Architect. Being a solution architect, one of my major responsibility was to provide the robust, scalable, easily maintainable and effective solution. These solutions were designed using standard design patterns, open source technologies, yet are easy to develop within the budgeted time. In addition, I provided technical help to all levels of resources in different project teams. I had successfully designed and delivered more than half a dozen major ecommerce solutions based on hybris. Besides this, I designed and delivered few extensions on hybris including search functionality, Payment Gateways, Complex Data Migration, SEO, etc
I played various roles during my association with this organization. I started as senior engineer and after that enjoyed as module lead, tech lead, solution architect and project lead. I played key role to start the hybris practice from ground zero and delivered projects. One of my major achievement was refactor and stabilize the design of Multi-threaded Data Integration Layer so that it could handle from 5 threads to more than hundred threads without losing the performance. I also designed and developed couple of monitoring interface to control various threads in that layer. Apart from that, I designed various Endeca based search modules for both frontend and backend
I joined this organization as senior engineer where I was responsible for designing and developing various small functionalities for banking application. I also participated in design review meetings and prepared UML diagrams including class diagram, use case diagram, etc for various modules
In this company I was part of the product development team where the entire team was responsible for design, development and deliver next generation version of the company’s flagship rule based engine product.
I started my career with this company as a software engineer. I was responsible for developing and customizing banking products. My major achievement during this tenure was design and develop queue based asynchronous data transfer application between unix and windows system. This application could transfer various accounts details without dropping any single row.
