budget availability,  and compliance with project standards.
•  Developed comparative statements evaluating supplier offers on technical specifications,  commercial
terms,  delivery periods,  and purchasing conditions to secure optimal value.
•  Maintained strong supplier relationships; negotiated contracts,  pricing,  and terms to achieve cost savings
and favorable conditions.
•  Created and managed formal Trade Bid packages per GEC standards and project requirements; led
contract negotiations and execution.
•  Expedited purchase orders,  tracked deliveries,  coordinated logistics,  and resolved delays to ensure
on-time project support.
•  Supported supplier quality assurance,  change management,  claims resolution,  and compliance with
company policies and industry standards.
•  Maintained project procurement plans,  collaborated with Engineering/Project Management on material
needs,  monitored inventory levels,  and forecasted demand to avoid shortages/excess.
•  Documented procurement activities,  generated reports for Strategic Procurement Head and Project
Management,  and updated internal databases with order details (vendors,  quantities,  prices).
•  Researched and onboarded new vendors,  reviewed product quality,  and coordinated with warehouse
teams for proper storage and receipt.
•  Handled special projects as assigned,  adapting to business needs with flexibility and proactive
problem-solving.
