Key Responsibilities:
1. Overhead monitor supply chain strategy to improve productivity and efficiency and reduce costs while securing high quality material for their company.
2. Assist the Procurement Lead with all stages of the procurement process and work cross-functionally with all internal and external teams.
3. Manage capital project budgets. Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time and communicate project status and significant milestones.
4. To ensure that strategic material planning processes are in place to enable operational and production continuity. Takes a coordinating lead, working closely with internal and external parties to ensure supply of materials is in place to satisfy production requirements
5. Oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organizations products and/or development processes.
Job Prerequisites:
1. Compliance - Enforce QA & HSE metrics to maintain smooth operations.
2. Audit - To carry out detailed financial audits for regulatory compliance and to maintain the inventory turnout.
3. Training - Evaluate all team members’ skill levels to train, certify on regulatory policies and material management ERP.
4. Utilities - Monitor, maintain & assess improvement opportunities to participate in continuous improvement efforts.
5. MRP - To ensure that strategic material planning processes are in place to enable operational and production continuity. Takes a coordinating lead, working closely with internal and external parties to ensure supply of materials is in place to satisfy production requirements.
1. Facilitate as a representative on internal and external audits or assessments, as a resource to matters relating to purchasing/subcontracting polices/procedures, USG regulations, and compliance auditing process.
2. Regularly contributing to the development of new concepts as per operational requirements.
3. Functioning as an expert in the field of Sourcing Compliance & developing solutions to complex problems that require regular use of ingenuity, creativity and innovation.
4. Regularly interacting/communicating with buyers, SC management/Leadership, and other functions.
5. Coordinates the relevant tracking Systems for correct identification of materials and managing the correct equipment calibration management activities.
Job Prerequisites:
1. Optimizing inventory - To maintain perfect balance between demand and supply to avoid high storage costs as well as stockouts.
2. Sales Analysis - Collaboration with suppliers, manufacturers, sales people and other stakeholders to gather information on events that could affect demand, such as promotions and production delays.
3. Qualitative factors - To add qualitative forecasting factors into sales data for promotions, competitor activity or external market events.
4. Customization ¬- Managing products at the same cost and speed to increase traditional volume of manufacturing/ sales method.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure operational facility complies with governmental regulations including Local body and any other as applicable including facilitation of industrial hygiene monitoring.
2. Investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety.
3. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly audits of the operations, including QA/ QC Lab, manufacturing facilities, machinery, and safety equipment, to identify and remediate potential compliance issues, safety risks, and other opportunities for better safety practices.
4. Through audits, ensure compliance with corporate safety programs and applicable by local laws.
5. Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures.
Job Prerequisites:
1. Vendor Management - To establish the discipline that enables organizations to control costs, drive service excellence and mitigate risks to gain increased value from their vendors throughout the deal of production cycle.
2. Audit - To ensure accurate counts of inventory stock, identify discrepancies (find the source of the inaccuracy, ways to reduce/ eliminate future inventory errors) and must document it according to company protocols.
3. Vendor Validation - To ensure the supplier your company wishes to contract with is both legitimate and reliable.
4. Inventory Analysis - Performing extensive research on a wide range of inventory-related reports, from previous inventory reports to current sales trends by performing periodic inventory counts, identifying discrepancies, and other statistical data.
1. Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output.
2. Appraise customers’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied.
3. Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action.
4. Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data.
5. Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Review current standards and policies.
2. Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation.
3. Ensure all legal standards are met.
4. Monitor statistical method reporting.
5. Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections.
